Martin Bjergegaard
Before the founding of Rainmaking, Martin Bjergegaard worked for six years as an entrepreneur, including one year as a co-founder and director of Frokost.dk, which is part of Rainmaking's business portfolio.
Martin has also worked as a management consultant for McKinsey & Co., where he was involved in projects in Stockholm, Kuwait and Copenhagen. Martin also served as business development manager for the gastronomic entrepreneur, Claus Meyer, and in 2006 he was named an entrepreneurial talent by the Danish business magazine, Berlingske Nyhedsmagasin.
Martin holds an MSc in Economics, and specialised in strategy and management. He also has a diploma in business administration and sales.
Martin is an inspiring communicator and visionary team member with a great talent for creating mental links between imagination and reality. Martin pushes development forward with his high energy and ability to take action with great conviction.

Carsten Kølbek
Carsten Kølbek has professional experience as the chief consultant for Accenture, as well as business development manager for the corporate travel agency VIA Travel.
Carsten previously served as area manager for Haldor Topsøe and has a great deal of experience working in India and Hong Kong.
Carsten sits on the Advisory Board for the logistics consultancy, CostPartner, and he has also been a driving force for the Danish MBA Network.
Carsten holds a degree in chemical engineering as well as an MBA from the Nottingham University Business School.
Carsten is a strong, hands-on leader who inspires all those around him through his high level of personal efficiency. Carsten is extremely analytical and has great insight into business development, as well as a clear sense for fairness and prioritisation.

Morten Bjerregaard Nielsen
Morten Bjerregaard Nielsen worked for six years as an attorney prior to the founding of Rainmaking, and he has experience with three of Denmark’s top law firms: Kromann Reumert, Kammeradvokaten and Rønne & Lundgren. Morten has a wide range of experience in commercial law.
During his days as a university student, Morten became acquainted with entrepreneurship through two companies dealing in office supplies and telemarketing.
Morten holds a law degree from Aarhus University.
At Rainmaking Morten serves as a specialist partner for the different companies and brings his core areas of expertise to the team in the handling of contracts, negotiations, capitalisation and partnerships. Morten is also very much involved in our business start-up and exit phases.
For his career change from attorney to entrepreneur, Morten was granted the Danish Bar Association's award for innovation. In 2008 he was named an entrepreneurial talent by the Danish business magazine, Berlingske Nyhedsmagasin. Later that same year Morten was named Denmark’s top entrepreneurial talent with the greatest potential by the magazine’s readers.
Morten is an attorney with great business insight and a healthy dose of common sense. Morten also has a strong sense of fairness as well as the strength to put this into practice in real life – and he always strives to achieve win-win agreements.

Morten Abildgaard Kristensen
Morten Abildgaard Kristensen has a well-rounded background in financial management: first as a Financial Controller for Europæiske Rejseforsikring A/S and Alcatel, and later as a Business Controller for GateGourmet.
In 2006 Morten started GodtSyn, which is today part of Rainmaking’s business portfolio.
Morten gained experience with start-up companies early on, as he served as the Director’s right hand man for several years and was able to test his strengths with a number of different challenges.
Morten has an Executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School as well as diploma in business administration and accounting.
Morten is an extremely empathetic leader who makes everyone on his team feel appreciated, and he is thereby able to build employee loyalty to the company. Morten has a flair for identifying the "key ingredients" as well as the scenarios that can and cannot take place. The latter of the two qualities is particularly valuable when new ideas need to be evaluated.

Thomas Mølgaard
Thomas Mølgaard is a business developer at Rainmaking and works with both new and existing companies.
Thomas previously worked as a consultant for Deloitte Business Consulting, where he was primarily involved with process optimization in the public sector.
Prior to his stint with Deloitte, Thomas implemented consulting projects for the Meyer Group and was also responsible for face-to-face fundraising for DanChurchAid.
Thomas holds an MSc in philosophy and economics.
On a personal level, Thomas is extremely efficient due to his drive, ability to plan properly, his tight focus and solid follow-up skills. He is able to win people’s trust thanks to his personal integrity and continued focus on creating win-win relationships.

Jacob Duelund
Jacob Duelund is a Business Analyst at Rainmaking and brings his core competences to several of Rainmaking's companies.
Jacob previously worked as a Business Analyst for the corporate travel agency VIA Travel A/S and holds an MSc in finance. Jacob also worked in the Strategic Pricing Department at Novo Nordisk A/S.
At Rainmaking Jacob is responsible for bookkeeping and financial reporting. He also provides research and analysis both for Rainmaking’s existing companies, as well as in the evaluation phase of new business ideas.
Jacob is extremely analytical, and in addition to his understanding of finance he also has a strong grasp of business logic. Jacob works with a great deal of integrity and a solid understanding of the real life situations that can arise with start-up companies.

Hampus Hellsvik
Hampus Hellsvik has 13 years of experience in Management Consulting. First 3 years with the Swedish firm Bohlin & Strömberg and then 10 years with Accenture. Within Accenture, Hampus was a senior manager, and the last 2 years he was the COO of Management Consulting Denmark and Southern Sweden. In 2001/2002, Hampus was a co-founder of the Accenture Malmö office.
Within consulting Hampus has managed projects and programs in a vast variety of areas, but mainly within Supply Chain, focusing on Strategic Sourcing, and within Finance and Performance Management, focusing on Working Capital. During his Accenture career he has been involved in projects in Sweden, Denmark, Italy, US, UK, China, Belgium and France.
Hampus holds a BSc in Business Administration from Lund University, and a MSc in Engineering Physics from Lund Institute of Technology.
Hampus strongest areas are his people skills - both when it comes to external relations and co-workers – and his focus on the end game in terms of reaching what was set out to reach, on time and quality, and hitting the financial targets.

Jarl Rosenlykke
Jarl Rosenlykke works alongside his studies as a Junior Business Developer in Rainmaking, where his primary tasks are to assist Partners and Business Developers in their work across new and existing companies. Currently, Jarl’s focus is directed towards assisting the start-up of the new company called GruppeKøb.
Jarl has previously co-hosted workshops in creativity with the objective to commercialize companies’ creative potential.
Jarl holds a B.Sc. in Psychology and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School, and is currently attending his last year of the Master degree called Strategic Market Creation. Here, he is acquiring competencies in the creation of new markets and how to re-think existing markets.
In 2007, Jarl attended a semester at City University of Hong Kong. There, he gained an international perspective upon marketing and management.
Jarl works with great energy, and excels in thinking creatively and finding solutions to complex problems. Personally, he is extrovert and good at communicating with his surroundings.
In his spare time, Jarl holds a great interest for sport, including golf and soccer, as well as for Danish fashion.

Elzbieta Rudzinska
Elzbieta Rudzinska is employed as an Accountant at Rainmaking, being also responsible for books of several Rainmaking projects. She works alongside Jacob, assisting him in a variety of tasks.
Ella has Master’s in Economics from the Poznan University of Economics in Poland with major in International Business. First time she came to Denmark was in 2004 as an exchange student on Socrates/Erasmus Program at Aalborg University, where she completed a European Studies course.
During her studies, she worked for the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Beijing and for Deloitte & Touche as an external auditor. After graduating she moved to Copenhagen and started working at Baltic Workforce ApS, where she was responsible for finance & administration.
At work Ella shows a great deal of responsibility and focuses on process optimization. Her open-minded nature and positive, willing-to-learn attitude enables her to adapt to new situations quickly and takes on challenges well.
Ella improves her Danish skills by attending the final module at CLAVIS Sprog Center. Occasionally she works as a freelance translator. In her free time Ella enjoys a variety of sports, such as basketball, swimming and tennis; she also enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her friends.

Mats Stigzelius
Having started his career at McKinsey & Company, Mats Stigzelius has spent the last ten years working in Strategy Consulting and Private Equity. His experience includes developing brand strategies, implementing business plans and arranging financing for companies across a number of industries in Europe and North America, including Retail, Consumer Goods, Financial Services and Telecoms sectors.
Before joining Rainmaking in January 2010, Mats spent five years in Private Equity with a focus on the Retail sector, completing 15 acquisitions, refinancings and exits in that period, in addition to sitting on the board of a number of companies as a Non-Executive Director.
Mats holds a 1st Class Masters Degree in Aerospace Engineering from Manchester University and over the years he has lived in Finland, Holland, USA and the UK. Mats currently lives in London with his wife and two young sons.
At Rainmaking, Mats is responsible for setting up and running the London office, including identifying and developing new start-up opportunities and building a network of likeminded entrepreneurs and angel investors.
Mats is highly analytical and has a great eye for numbers, so he is able to quickly translate a good idea into a strong business plan. Mats is also very energetic, with a ‘can do’ attitude and has a real passion for creating new business concepts which motivates others in his team to drive the concept forward with the same enthusiasm.
