The partners jointly own and manage Rainmaking and they possess skills in all relevant business disciplines related to starting-up and operating growth companies.

Rainmaking is always open to expanding its partnership group to welcome individuals with the right profile. Our goal is to have 30 partners in 6-8 countries.

We seek individuals who have put together impressive careers in a relatively short amount of time, or those who have achieved significant results as entrepreneurs. You should have international experience and be willing to live abroad for at least 2-3 years.

Heartfelt communication is one of our core values, and we spend good deal of time together in order to maintain and further develop trusting friendships, as well as our mutual feeling of goodwill.

If you would like to help create a company from scratch, Rainmaking may be just the place for you. We work in a professional and systematic manner that employs a high degree of creativity, drive and a readiness for change.

For example, you can spend two months abroad testing a new business idea, six months managing three strategic projects in one of our existing companies, or perhaps a full year establishing an entirely new company in collaboration with a start-up team. The possibilities are many and depend on your skills and areas of interest.
